Identification of Patients with Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium-Associated Maculopathy through Screening of the Electronic Medical Record at an Academic Center

<div>Ultrawidefield color fundus imaging of the retina in patient 1 (a), patient 2 (b), patient 3 (c), and patient 4 (d) demonstrates areas of macular atrophy and subtle pigmentary changes in both eyes. Patient 1 has a nevus in the right eye nasally, and patient 2 has a nevus in the right eye superonasally and a choroidal melanoma in the left eye superiorly. Patient 3 has reticular degeneration in the peripheral retina in both eyes.</div>
