Identification of Patients with Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium-Associated Maculopathy through Screening of the Electronic Medical Record at an Academic Center

<div>Spectral domain optical coherence tomography of the foveal center in patient 1 (a), patient 2 (b), patient 3 (c), and patient 4 (d) demonstrates attenuation of outer retinal lamination and retinal thinning. There is a diffuse loss of outer retinal reflectivity at the level of the RPE, ellipsoid zone (aka IS/OS junction), and an external limiting membrane. There are areas of increased choroidal transmission coincident with areas of RPE loss and disorganization of retinal layers.</div>
