Sealed MH (1st) Sealed extramacular hole with attached retina (2nd)
This patient had received 2 times of hAM graft transplantation. Persistent macular hole with elevated hAM graft at the margin of MH was noted after the 1st surgery. Sealed MH was noted finally after the 2nd surgery. This patient had received 2 times of hAM graft transplantation. Extramacular hole with retinal detachment was noted after the 2nd surgery.
