Antiosteoclastogenic effect of EAME. Bone marrow cells from 4–6 wk old Swiss mice were incubated on coverslips in 35 mm dish (1 × 10⁷ cells/mL) in the presence of M-CSF (30 ng/mL) and RANKL (30 ng/mL) with various concentrations of EAME (25 to 200 μg/mL). After 7 d, cells were fixed and stained for TRAP, and the number of TRAP-positive MNC per well was scored. ^∗𝑃<0.01, ^∗∗𝑃<0.001 when compared to control, (𝑛=3).
