Changes in Gastric Smooth Muscle Cell Contraction during Pregnancy: Effect of Estrogen

<p>Estrogen-induced production of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in GSMC from early- and late-pregnant rats. Incubation with estrogen (E2) significantly increased cGMP levels in GSMC. Values shown are representative of three experiments performed in triplicate.
