A Novel Biosensor to Detect MicroRNAs Rapidly

The miRNA biosensor with dynamic hybridization can be used to specifically detect the target miRNAs. The let-7a probes were used to capture their target miRNAs. The biosensor was only hybridized without any miRNAs or with incompletely complementary target let-7b, let-7c, let-7d or complete complementary target let-7a at 37^∘C, respectively.
