init_state(0);   Initialize the system state
compress(K);  Compress the key, but do not output
output(compress );  Compress the random salt data, and output
output(compress(D));   Compress the original data, and output
function decrypt K is the key, E is the encrypted data

decompress(s);  Decompress salt data of length s, E.g. 128 b, and throw them
