Optimizing the parameters and Gamma of SVM-RBF. Multiple values of the two parameters and Gamma were evaluated for the prediction accuracy of the algorithm SVM-RBF. The classification performance measurements were calculated by the 10-fold cross-validation. The four heatmaps illustrated the data for the four performance measurements Sn, Sp, Acc, and MCC. The maximal, mean, and minimal values of each measurement were colored as red, yellow, and blue, respectively. The values in between were illustrated in gradient colors.
