The one-site model fitting using the Scatchard plot gives 𝐾=7.0±0.5×10⁵ M⁻¹ and 𝑛=12±1 bp/(bound drug), while the SVD binding analysis gives 𝐾=5.57±0.07 M⁻¹  × 10⁵ M⁻¹ and 𝑛=10 bp/(bound drug).
