Position, Energy, and Transit Time Distributions in a Hemispherical Deflector Analyzer with Position Sensitive Detector

Calculated values of the time spread (in ns), radial width variation (in mm), and energy spread (in eV) at 1% and at 50% of the peak height for the three different entry values , for nonmonoenergetic input source beams of finite extent with  mm, , and . The absolute and relative product of FWHM resolutions are computed in the figures of merit and . The energy of the electrons is equal to the tuning energy; that is,  eV.
