Preparation of Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering Substrates Based on Immobilized Silver-Capped Nanoparticles

Surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectra recorded on the Ag@polyvinylpyrrolidone-29000-based sensor after (a) incubating it in rhodamine 6G 10⁻⁷ M for 1 h, (b) thorough washing in Milli-Q water for 1 h, and (c) reincubating it in rhodamine 6G 10⁻⁷ M. Similar results are obtained with the films composed of attached Ag(H) nanoparticles.
