Using Compact 1H NMR, NIR, and Raman Spectroscopy Combined with Multivariate Data Analysis to Monitor a Biocatalyzed Reaction in a Microreaction System
Figure 4
Raman (a), NIR (b), and 1H NMR (c) spectra from on-line reaction monitoring of the enzyme catalysed reaction in the microreaction assembly. Spectra were recorded from the neat reaction mixture during 23 hours. NMR spectra, 16 accumulations, were acquired at 82 MHz and T = 36°C. NIR spectra were recorded using an immersion probe. Raman spectra, 64 accumulations, were acquired with laser excitation at 785 nm. Color coding refers to corresponding reaction times among the spectroscopic methods. The reaction was followed over a period of 1380 min.
