Fluorescence emission spectra of BSA without and with cuminaldehyde that were obtained after IFE correction at (a) 25, (b) 35, (c) 45, and (d) 55°C in a 20 mM tris buffer of pH 7.4 at 25°C. The concentration of cuminaldehyde was varied from 0 to 200 μM at a constant increment of 20 μM, and the concentration of BSA was 3 μM.
