(a) Stern–Volmer plots, (b) modified Stern–Volmer plots, and (c) plots of log (F0F)/F vs. log {[D]0-n[P]0(F0-F)/F0} of interaction of BSA with cuminaldehyde at four different temperatures. The concentration of BSA was kept constant at 3 μM while concentration of cuminaldehyde was varied from 0-200 at a constant increment of 20 μM. The medium of the study was 20 mM tris buffer of pH 7.4.
