<table>Algorithm of experimental design. Mice were exposed to PAH or normal air either on GD 3 to 19–21 or PND 2 to 19–21. Offspring were sensitized to either OVA or PBS on PND 24 and then again on PND 31. The mice were OVA challenged on PNDs 38–40. Airway resistance was measured and biospecimens were collected on PND 41.</table>
