The effect of various concentrations of doxorubicin on the viability of nontumourigenic breast epithelial MCF-12A cells (a) and triple negative breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231 (b). MCF-12A and MDA-MB-231 cells were incubated in 0 (control), 0.1, 2.5, 5.0, and 10.0 μM doxorubicin for 24 hours. Cell viability was assessed using the MTT assay.
