(34) Concentration of 0.2 μM: cell cycle arrest in G₂/M phase promoted tubulin polymerization into microtubules and caused microtubule stabilization similar to paclitaxel. (35) IC₅₀ values of 1.60 μM and (36) IC₅₀ values of 2.82 μM: inhibition of clonogenicity.
