Representative microscopic tissue images of rat liver were given 50 mg/kg/day NaNO₂ (H&E). The histopathology scores of observation are 1 (yellow arrow), 2 (blue arrow), and 3 (white arrow) showing no changes, indicating mild/moderate and severe changes, respectively. Photographs were obtained by light microscopy at 400× magnification.
