Intracellular ROS in LX-2 cells were treated with alpha mangostin with or without acetaldehyde induction. Results were presented as mean ± SEM. a: p<0.05 versus untreated group, b: p<0.05 versus acetaldehyde group. Veh: vehicle only, Acet: acetaldehyde 100 μM, Acet + SF10: acetaldehyde 100 μM + sorafenib 10 μM, Acet + AM10: acetaldehyde 100 μM + alpha mangostin 10 μM, Acet + AM20: acetaldehyde 100 μM + alpha mangostin 20 μM, AM 10: alpha mangostin 10 μM.
