Preventative Effects of Vitamin E on Testicular Damage and Sperm Parameters in the First-Generation Mice Pups due to Pre- and Postnatal Mancozeb Exposure

<p>The effect of mancozeb administration alone and with vitamin E during intrauterine life and lactating periods on sperm motility (a) and progression (b–d) in the different groups (n=10). The percentage of progressive motile sperm was lowest level in MNZ group, whereas this value in vit.E+MNZ group was near to those of control and vehicle groups (b). The immotile sperm rate was highest in MNZ group (d).
