Surface phenotypic expression of two iNKT cell lines by two-color flow cytometry. Cells stained with mouse monoclonal antibody CD4-PE and DX5-FITC were analyzed after a side scatter versus forward scatter gate on live lymphocytes. Both iNKT clones showed a double-positive expression CD4⁺DX5⁺ on their surface. Line 1F1.1 showed a pure population of >98% and line 2D11 >95%.
