Effects of 0.01, 0.1, 1, 5, and 10 mmol/L VPA treatment on 8305C and B-CPAP cell growth inhibition (GI). Proliferation was measured with an MTT test after 96 h of proliferation in the presence of appropriate amount of DMSO as control or desired VPA. Data are presented as mean of three experiments ± SD. Statistical significance was defined at ^∗𝑃<0.05, ^∗∗𝑃<0.01, ^∗∗∗𝑃<0.001 compared to the corresponding control.
