High Phenotypic Diversity Does Not Always Hide Taxonomic Diversity: A Study Case with Cheilosia soror (Zetterstedt, 1843) (Diptera: Syrphidae) in the Iberian Peninsula

Figure 6

Maximum likelihood tree inferred from partial COI-5 gene sequences of four species of the Cheilosia longula group. Ferdinandea cuprea was used as an outgroup. Sequences generated in the present study for Iberian specimens are indicated in bold. Locality is indicated together with the DNA voucher of each specimen, as well as the assigned haplotype for every Cheilosia soror specimen. Bootstrap values higher than 70 are indicated near nodes. Legend: Ait: Sierra de Aitana (Alicante, Spain); Alm: Almería, Spain; Boc: Bocairent (Valencia, Spain); Fin: Finland; Ger: Germany; Gir: Girona, Spain; Nor: Norway; PdE: Picos de Europa (León, Spain); Spa: Spain; Srb: Serbia.
