Il-2 production of stimulated Jurkat cells where the expression of TOM1L was reduced by siRNA. The IL-2 production was significantly lower in stimulated cells infected with the hairpin construct (siRNA) as compared with cells infected with a vector lacking the hairpin construct (Vector). (a) Stimulation with plate bound anti-CD3 (1 g/well) plus 1 g/mL of anti-CD28 antibodies, 48 hours, (b) stimulation with plate bound anti-CD3 (1 g/well) plus 0.25 g/mL of anti-CD28 antibodies, 48 hours, (c) cells stimulated with 50 ng/mL of PMA plus 0.5 g/mL of ionomycin for 48 hours.
