CFTE29o- cells express the α7-nAChR. CFTE29o- cells (1×105/mL) were grown in chamber slides, Fc-blocked, and labelled with FITC-conjugated anti-α7-nAChR or isotype control antibodies. Cells were counterstained with PI, and α7-nAChR surface expression was quantified by laser-scanning microscopy.
