Effect of CA on the phagocytic uptake of FITC-labeled dextran. RAW264.7 cells ($1\mathrm{\hspace{0.17em}\hspace{0.17em}}\times {10}^6$) were incubated with CA in the presence or absence of 1 mg/ml of FITC-labeled dextran for 30 min. The uptake level of dextran was determined by flow cytometric analysis.
