Analysis of the correlation between CYLD and activated NF-κB in cholesteatoma. (a) The calculations were based on the immunohistochemical results of the expression rate of cells positive for CYLD and nuclear NF-κB in the serial section. (b) The graph shows the correlation between CYLD and activated NF-κB in cholesteatoma. The data indicated a significant inverse correlation between CYLD and activated NF-κB expression (Pearson’s correlation test; r −0.630, P .007).
