Representative immunoblot of whole kidney homogenates from -candesartan treated (CAN) or -untreated (C) lean and obese rats at the end of 14 weeks of treatment probed with (a) eNOS and (b) TGF-β antibodies, respectively. Equal amounts of total protein were loaded in each lane and each lane is loaded with a sample from a different rat. Below each blots is its densitometry summary ($n=6$ rats/group).
