Groups of BALB/c female mice were injected i.p. with 1 LD₅₀ of Cdt for different times as described in Section 2. The presence of protein in urine was determined by measuring the albumin. The creatinine clearance in urine was determined as above described. ^aNot significant and ^b𝑃<0.005.
