Western blot of SOCS3. (a) Protein extract from lungs was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membranes. Detection of SOCS3 was performed with goat antimouse IgG. Actin was used as the internal control. (b) SOCS3 bands were quantified by densitometry and corrected by actin expression.
