Rats from different groups were ended at 12 h after sodium taurocholate infusion. The serum amylase (AMY), secretory phospholipase A₂ (sPLA₂), and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in serum was measured by an automatic biochemistry analyzer with standard techniques (Olympus Optical Ltd., Japan).
