Effect of rosiglitazone on TNF-induced enhancement of mesothelial MCP-1 secretion. MC were preincubated with rosiglitazone 10 μM (white bars) or with control medium (black bars) for 24 hours. Afterwards, the culture media was replaced with media containing rosiglitazone 10 μM (white bars) or not (black bars) to the given conditions. After an incubation time of 8 hours, culture supernatants were analysed by ELISA ().
