Effect of ECM33 gene on the ability of C. albicans to form biofilm on EHOM. Following infection with each Candida strain and culture for 24 h, a quantitative assessment of the thickness of the biofilm formed on the EHOM tissues was performed. Means + SD were plotted. Differences were obtained by comparing the biofilms obtained with the CAF2 strain and the other Candida strains. ;.
