Administration of PGRN ameliorated the histopathology changes of lung in LPS-ALI mice. Groups of mice were treated as described above and then histological evaluation of therapeutic potential of PGRN on LPS-induced lung injury in mice was analyzed at day 3 after LPS challenge.
