After 4 weeks of IL-1β administration, rats were killed and histological analysis was conducted. Incidence of infarction lesion, hemorrhage lesion, and edema in 6 sections of each rat, and 10 rats of each group were counted. 𝑃=0.046 versus Control by Fisher’s exact probability test.
