LDH leakage assay was performed for assessing neuron deaths. Cytotoxicity was induced by Hb. Neurons were incubated with 10 μM Hb for 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, and 48 h, respectively. Significant increasing in LDH leakage was found after Hb incubation, *𝑃<0.05 and **𝑃<0.01 versus control group. Bars represent the mean ± SEM (𝑛=6, each group).
