Anti-PD-L1 antibody altered mRNA expression of IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α in the liver of septic mice. Mice were administered anti-PD-L1 antibody (50 μg, i.p.). Liver specimens were sampled 24 hours after surgery. versus Sham, versus CLP, (IL-6), (IL-10), and (TNF-α) versus CLP. Bars represent the mean ± SD of eight mice for each group.
