Poly (ADP-Ribose) Polymerase Mediates Diabetes-Induced Retinal Neuropathy

<table>Effect of 1,5-isoquinolinediol on retinal synaptophysin expression in diabetes. The expression of synaptophysin in retinal homogenates was determined by Western blotting technique.
