Circulating Th22 and Th9 Levels in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

Figure 3

Plasma IL-22 and IL-9 concentrations analysis. (a) The plasma IL-22 levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and unstable angina pectoris (UAP) were significantly increased compared with those of the control group (Cont) and the stable angina pectoris (SAP) group; the plasma IL-22 levels in patients with SAP were significantly increased compared with those of the control group. (b) The plasma IL-9 levels in patients with AMI and UAP were significantly increased compared with those of the control group and the SAP group; the plasma IL-9 levels in patients with SAP were significantly increased compared with those of the control group. (c) The IL-22 concentrations showed a positive correlation with the frequencies of Th22 cells. (d) The IL-9 concentrations showed a positive correlation with the frequencies of Th9 cells. versus control, versus control, versus SAP group, and versus SAP group.
