Effect of MnL4, H₂L4, ibuprofen, and diclofenac on carrageenan-induced acute inflammatory pain. Carrageenan (Car, 1%, 100 μL) was injected in the left posterior sole 3 hours before pain evaluation by the paw pressure test. Molecules or saline was administered i.p. at time 0 and measures were performed at time 15, 30, and 45 min.
