(a) VDGF-A and VEGFR2 expression levels were determined by immunoblotting in colon samples from the control group (without DSS; Cont), 3% DSS administration group (DSS), 3% DSS with γ-PGA at 50 mg/kg body weight per day (D + P50), 3% DSS with γ-PGA at 200 mg/kg body weight per day (D + P200). β-Actin was used as an internal control.
