Effects of LIGHT on the release of IL-6 and CXCL8 from the coculture of basophils/eosinophils and BEAS-2B cells. Confluent BEAS-2B cells (1 × 10⁵ cells) and (a, b) basophils/(c, d) eosinophils (3 × 10⁵ cells) were cultured either together or separately with or without LIGHT for 24 h. Release of IL-6 and CXCL8 in culture supernatants was determined by Milliplex human cytokine/chemokine magnetic panel assay.
