Scatter plot analysis of gene expression profiling on expanded criteria of kidney transplant patients. cDNA microarray analysis on 16 RNA samples from kidney transplant patients. After normalization on housekeeping genes, the final scores of each of the genes of all arrays were compared with those from the control array. The scatter plot was acquired as described in Materials and Methods. The 𝑦-axis represents log scores from DGF patients (group 1) and the 𝑥-axis represents log scores from no DGF patients (group 2). Each symbol represents one gene. Those gene outside the boundaries represent 2-fold higher or lower expressed in DGF patients.
