Effect of bufalin on carrageenan-induced rat paw edema. (a) Chemical structure of bufalin. (b) Bufalin at doses of 0.15, 0.3, and 0.6 mg/kg, the reference drug indomethacin at 10 mg/kg, and the vehicle were administered to rats 30 min before carrageenan injection.
