Comparison of PI3K isoforms expressions in feline EECs after treatment with H2O2. (a) Representative () Western blot analyses of the expression of the known class PI3K C (p110α, p110β, p110γ, and p110δ) and R (p85α, p85β, and p55γ) isoforms, using isoform-specific antibodies. Feline EECs were exposed to 300 μM H2O2 for 6 hours. Actin expression was used as a loading control for normalization. (b) The Western blot bands were quantified in order to establish the relative expression levels for each analyzed isoform.
