FICZ and ITE inhibit the frequency of IL-17-expressing CD4+T cells but have no effect on IFN-γ-expressing CD4+T cells in PBMCs. PBMCs from active BD patients () and normal controls () were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 in the presence or absence of FICZ (100 nmol/L) or ITE (100 nmol/L) for 3 days.
