Anti-ICAM-1 antibody attenuated sepsis-induced lung injury as demonstrated by histopathological tests and wet-to-dry weight ratio. (a) The lungs of the anti-ICAM-1 antibody treated CLP mice, isotype antibody treated CLP mice, saline treated CLP mice, and sham-operated mice were harvested 24 h after surgery for histopathological staining.
