Apo E polymorphism results in six genotypes (E2/E2, E2/E3, E2/E4, E3/E3, E3/E4, and E4/E4). E2/E4 and E4/E4 did not have sufficient number to be analyzed. E2/E2 was not detected. PPAR L162V polymorphism results in three genotypes (Leu/Leu, Leu/Val, and Val/Val). Bold text indicates statistically significant differences.
