Quantification of cytokines in DCs upon maturation. Immature iDCs were cultured with GM-CSF (800 UI/mL) and IL-4 (500 UI/mL) for 6 days. On day 6, iDCs media were replaced with media containing LPS and IFN-γ (activated DCs: aDCs) or with media containing IL-10 and TGF-β (tolerogenic DCs: tDCs) for next 6 h or 24 h maturation. The cytokines concentrations were measured in collected DCs culture media by bead based FACSArray. (a) Concentration of IL-12p70 (pg/mL). (b) Concentration of IL-10 (pg/mL).
