Effect of CP001 on PMA plus A23187-stimulated proinflammatory cytokine expression in HMC-1. HMC-1 were pretreated with various concentrations of CP001 for 1 h and then treated with PMA and A23187 for 24 h. The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in culture supernatants were measured by ELISA assay (a), (c). The IL-6 and IL-8 mRNA levels were measured by RT-PCR (b), (d).
